LIHTC Basics Workshop (in-person only)- additional fee required

This workshop helps explain the sometimes-complex world of the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) by teaching attendees about such elements as LIHTC participants, structures, timelines and more. Participants will learn how to apply for LIHTCs, how tax credits are calculated, differences between 9% and 4% LIHTCs, the 10% test and the 50% financed-by test, LIHTC compliance rules, tax credit recapture and many other important topics.
