Novogradac 23rd Annual New Markets Tax Credit Conference
Jan. 19-20 | Omni San Diego
There’s No Better Time to Get Expert Insights for Your NMTC Application and 2023 Strategy
In preparation for the new markets tax credit application deadline on Jan. 26, join hundreds of community development professionals at one of the biggest NMTC events in the country. Meet experienced NMTC accountants and allocation application consultants. Hear from investors and lenders to gain a competitive edge on NMTC financing in calendar year 2023 and beyond. Panel topics offer insights on the 2023 investor outlook, sourcing leverage debt, structuring NMTC loan funds, measuring community impact and closing successful transactions in the current economic climate.
New this year, plan to join us for our Novogradac Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Summit being held Wednesday before the conference. Learn about the context and history of DEI, increasing access and representation, driving accountability, and creating solution and taking action. Please note that separate registration is required for the DEI Summit.
