Novogradac 2022 Affordable Housing Conference
Apr. 28-29 | San Francisco, Calif.
Expansion to the LIHTC would provide safe, stable and affordable housing to more people in need
The future of affordable housing is looking bright. With many state-based low-incoming housing tax credit (LIHTC) advancements, low-income communities may have access to a larger variety of community development resources.
During our two-day conference in San Francisco and online, our expert panelists will discuss the future of affordable housing, the possible introduction of new tax incentives like the neighborhood homes tax credit, how to use private activity bonds with the 4% LIHTC and equity pricing in 2022.
The Events Desk is available to answer any questions by email or by calling us at 415-356-7970.
