Project Finance Primer - additional fee required

The day will start with experts providing an overview of the primary tax incentives for renewable energy (ITC, PTC, depreciation, etc.), the ownership structures that are most commonly used and the most relevant IRS tax rules to be aware of when structuring RETC deals. From there, project finance specialists will walk attendees through a partnership flip model, an inverted lease model and also discuss financial reporting issues common to renewable energy (i.e. HLBV, Business Combinations, etc.), not to mention color commentary throughout the day on the latest project finance trends in the renewable energy industry.
