  • What is your cancellation policy?  
    • Online registrations are non-refundable.
  • How do I access the virtual conference?
    • All paid online attendees will receive a custom link to log into the conference’s virtual platform. Access links will be sent to the email address provided during registration 24-48 hours before the start of the conference.
  • What is the online rate?
    • Online attendee Early Bird rate: $99
    • Standard online attendee rate: $199
    • Novogradac Client online attendee rate: $99
  • Are the workshops offered online?
    • No. Workshops are only being offered in-person.  We have similar trainings, which can be viewed here
  • How will the sessions be structured if I’m online?
    • Each session will be featured during their dedicated time frames listed on our agenda page and will conclude with a live Q&A. Each session will be recorded and available for viewing on demand.
  • What time zone do I need to follow?
    • Please follow the time zone that the event is hosted in. Refer to the event webpage.
  • Is networking only for in-person attendees?
    • No. Online attendees will have the opportunity to network with other online attendees via online networking sessions, and can contact both in-person and online attendees by downloading the Novogradac Events conference app available in your app store.
  • Will there be materials provided?
    • Yes. All presentations will be available for download through the platform.
  • What technology or software is required for an online attendee?
  • Will the same content at the conference be available online?
    • Yes. All sessions and speakers will be available both in-person and online.
  • Will the sessions be interactive for online attendees?
    • Yes. Using the conference app, online attendees can ask questions in real time to be answered by the panel.  We cannot guarantee your questions will be answered.
  • I just want to attend one session. Is that possible to do without registering for the conference?
    • No. To view any sessions or panels, you must register for the conference.
  • How can I find a receipt for my registration/can a receipt be emailed to me?
    • Receipt and/or invoices can be found in your registration confirmation email. Please feel free to contact events@novoco.com to request documentation as well.
  • What if I have a question or concern regarding continuing professional education delivered by Novogradac?
    • Please address any questions or concerns regarding CPE at Novogradac workshops, webinars or on-demand courses to the Products Desk at 415-356-7960 or products@novoco.com. Unresolved issues or concerns regarding registered CPE sponsors may be reported to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors and submitted online at www.nasbaregistry.org/cpas/complaints.
  • When does access to each type of online content expire?
    • Conference and workshop recordings expire 90 days after purchase.
