Groups of three (3) or more will receive $50 off their in-person conference registration. (Workshops not included).
*All three attendees will need to register in a group to receive the discount. The discount will automatically apply. No code needed.

  • What are your safety policies for in-person attendance? 
    • Please review our safety terms and conditions here
  • What is Novogradac's cancellation policy?
    • All cancellations must be received no later than 10 business days before an event. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds per attendee. We regret that we cannot refund cancellations made within 10 business days of the conference or to registrants who do not attend the conference. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel will be charged the entire registration fee. 
    • All online registrations are not eligible for credits or refunds.

  • Is there a conference app I can download?
    • Yes. You can search Novogradac & Company Events in the app store to download.
  • Are workshops included in conference registration?
    • Workshops are not included in conference registration. They are an additional fee. However, when you register for the conference you can choose to register for an online workshop at the same time.
  • Are there any prerequisites for attending a conference or workshop?
    • All sessions are presented live by industry practitioners. The sessions include individual presentations, panel discussions, and question and answer periods. All registrants receive a comprehensive reference manual at the beginning of the program. The conference does not require any prerequisite coursework. 
  • How can I find a receipt for my registration/can a receipt be emailed to me?
    • Receipt and/or invoices can be found in your registration confirmation email. Please feel free to contact events@novoco.com to request documentation as well.
  • Do I need to book my hotel room by a certain date?
    • In order to obtain a discount for the limited number of blocked rooms at the conference hotel, then yes, you should book your hotel room by the date found on the Venue tab.
