Education and partnership to advance affordable rental housing in Hawai‘i
As communities across Hawai‘i continue to navigate the impacts of the recent natural disaster, we’re convening affordable housing and real estate finance professionals for timely education and connection. This conference brings together developers, housing agencies, lenders, investors and other stakeholders focused on delivering and preserving affordable rental housing across the state.
Building on that focus, the conference will cover how the state and federal low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) can be used alongside other financing tools to support affordable housing development in Hawai‘i. Discussions will address partnership fundamentals, Hawai‘i-specific policy and market considerations, as well as practical takeaways for moving investments forward.
