Explore Honolulu
Honolulu offers a welcoming setting for convening partners committed to Hawai‘i’s long-term housing goals. If you have time outside of conference sessions, you’ll find beaches, outdoor recreation, historic sites, cultural experiences and dining nearby.
If you’re traveling to O‘ahu for the conference, we encourage attendees to be respectful guests—following local guidance, being considerate in shared spaces and supporting local businesses where possible.
All Novogradac events are hosted at hotels that prioritize accessibility. If you require accessible accommodation or assistance, please reach out to events@novoco.com.

Hotel Sustainability Efforts
- Here in Hawai‘i, it is our kuleana (responsibility) to care for the land and water so that our beautiful, unique O‘ahu location can continue to be enjoyed for future generations.
- Our sustainable hotel has donated more than 700 pounds of food back to those in-need, with food made from locally sourced vendors and farmers.
- 100% biodegradable, eco-friendly food containers, utensils and drinking cups are used at our in-house restaurants, as well as our Regency Club.
- Re-useable water bottles are provided alongside filtered re-fill water stations.
- Green waste from landscaping, such as leaves, trimmings and additional waste from maintenance, is recycled and turned into mulch and compost.
Honolulu Food + Drink
If you dine out during your visit, consider supporting locally owned restaurants and small businesses across Waikīkī and Chinatown. Honolulu offers a wide range of options, and planning ahead can help you make the most of your time outside of conference sessions.
